Senior Pastors
Restored Life Church is located in Troy, Ohio as a place where discipleship and outreach are at the core of what we do, as we work towards creating a true spiritual family environment. At RLC, we embrace and encourage diversity. We seek to take the same heart posture as God; taking into account the hearts of people and not allowing our differences to separate us. ​
Pastor Clarence serves as the Senior Pastor. He has served our nation within the United States Air Force for 30 years in various capacities and retired in the Troy community on July 31, 2018. He has served the Lord's Church in positions as Assimilation Facilitator, Youth Pastor, Life Group Leader and Coach, Discipleship Pastor and Associate Pastor. Pastor Clarence and Sharrie received the call to launch RLC in 2022 and was elevated as Senior Pastors of Restored Life Church in 2023. Pastor Clarence earned a Master of Arts in Religion, Discipleship and Church Ministry from Liberty University May 2020. He and Pastor Sharrie have a servants heart and desire to see lives within the local community and abroad changed and for all to experience the renewed life as illustrated in 2 Corinthians 5:17!

Family is at their core! Pastors Clarence and Sharrie are blessed to have 4 wonderful adult children (Terrance (Ebony), Joy, Inazarae, and Isaac) and 12 beautiful grandchildren.
Pastor Sharrie is blessed and honored to serve alongside her husband as Co-Pastor of Restored Life Church. She also served our nation within the United States Air Force for 4 years. Pastor Sharrie knew when they received the requirement to relocate to Ohio, Troy was the place she wanted to make her forever home in 2015. Through the leading of the Holy Spirit, she accepted the commissioning to serve the City of Troy as a City Commissioner on the City of Troy Human Relations Commission in 2020-2021 where she believed and still do believe that "everyone deserves to have the opportunity to thrive and to be treated with respect". Her greatest desire is to Love People back to Life!

Pastor Sharrie has served in various capacities in the Lord's Church as Life Group Leader and Coach, Children Church Leader, Youth Pastor, Discipleship Pastor and Associate Pastor. In addition to being an ordained minister, she received her undergraduate degree in Management and a Master's in Business Administration from Park University.
